Hillshire Farm’s heritage is small Midwest farms crafting quality smoked, cured, and roasted meats. The challenge was most consumers believed cooking with sausage was complicated. To make sausage a staple in their weekly meals, we developed the idea to compare it to chicken – which is perceived as being the easiest ingredient to cook with. The idea, simple 15 minute sausage sensation meals the entire family will enjoy. This campaign generated the highest ROI across any of Hillshire's brands.
